• Email address — collected when you create an account or sign in with Apple
• Scan and food diary data — the products you scan, ingredients you view, and diary entries you log
• Camera access — used only to scan barcodes and photograph ingredient labels. Images are processed to analyze ingredients and are not stored on our servers.
• Photo library access — used only when you choose to upload a photo for analysis
• Purchase information — managed by Apple and RevenueCat. We do not store your payment details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the App's core features (barcode scanning, ingredient analysis, nutrition tracking)
• To authenticate your account and maintain your session
• To sync your food diary and scan history across sessions
• To process and verify your subscription status
• To send transactional emails such as account confirmation and password reset

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following trusted service providers:

• Supabase — authentication and database storage
• RevenueCat — subscription and in-app purchase management
• Anthropic — AI-powered ingredient analysis (ingredient text only, no personal data)
• Apple — Sign In with Apple and payment processing
